Stanisław Brach

Stanisław Brach (born 1972) – artist, born in Gorlice. He deals with sculpture, artistic ceramics, drawing and painting. Professor at the Academy of Fine Arts in Warsaw. Since 2010, he has been heading the Ceramics Studio at the Faculty of Sculpture at the Warsaw Academy of Fine Arts. A graduate of the Faculty of Sculpture at the Academy of Fine Arts in Cracow, a diploma in the studio of prof. Marian Konieczny in 2000, as well as the Technical College of Ceramics in Łysa Góra (1987-1993). In 2014 he obtained the Associate Professor title at the Faculty of Sculpture of the Academy of Fine Arts in Cracow. Finalist of the international competition Taiwan Ceramics Biennale 2016 and the gold medal for the work “Flowing with honey” at the 45th Apimondia 2017, International Apicultural Congress, Istanbul, Turkey. His works can be found in the collections of the Polish Sculpture Center in Orońsko, the International Museum of Ceramics in Faenza in Italy, the New Taipei City Yingge Ceramics Museum in Taiwan, the Palace of Arts in Lviv and private collections.
