Jan Sajdak

JAN SAJDAK (PL), born 1987. He studied for three years at the Institute of Ethnology and Cultural Anthropology at the University of Warsaw and at the Faculty of Sculpture of the Academy of Fine Arts in Warsaw. He defended the diploma entitled “shoal / hanging library” in 2016. He works in various materials, weaves installations from wicker and hazel, mainly arboreal nests for humans. The artist seeks paths that would combine aesthetic search with non-indifference to the problems of the modern world. He works in the Association for Rural Renewal “Odnowica”, cooperates with the Węgajta Theater.
